The headquarters of our group is located in Sophia antipolis, 14km away from Cannes (France) and 15km away from the international Airport of Nice


Our company was created in 2004 and has now several 4 stars Apart/hotel through France into big cities and near international Airports. We offer top quality flats completely equiped which are suitable for short or long stays.

Divonne les bains (near Geneva), Toulouse, Cannes and Val d’Europe (near Disneyland Paris)

Our customers are from all over the world, and naturely our staff is fluent in English.
Our services are suitable for leisure stays as for business stays.

Our concept : to offer high quality services, in new or recent Residence and for a price which can be 30% lower than the hotel competiton.

We can offer to expatriated people an ideal solution of accomodation for short or long period. All the flats have been made to feel like at home.

We currently have 4 residences in France, and 6 other are under construction, we will have about 10 residences within 2 years.

Our web site presents all our properties (rate, flats, services, …) and guest can book on line.
