LA VILLA ESCUDIER

The Villa Escudier is situated near the "Porte d'Auteuil" and a few steps from the "Roland Garros Stadium".

It's an unexpected place surrounded with trees and a blooming garden. This charming residence welcomes you for longs or shorts stays.

Thanks to its closeness with Roland Garros Stadium, it welcomes many tennis celebrities, whose portraits are hung in the reception hall.

All the appartments are differents, and are decorated in a english or provencal style.

You feel at home immediatly !

All the appartments are surrounded by the quietness of the garden, the residence is situated far from inquisitive looks. The country in Paris!

Specially during spring and summer, it's not rare seeing our visitors using the barbecue outside.

Duplex, studios, suites, communicating appartments : a large choice is proposed. All the appartments are equipped with a luxurious marble bathroom, and a small kitchen to do simple cooking.

Cable TV, direct phone with your own telephone number, access to the Net, all the flats are equipped for your maximum comfort.

Your privacy will be preserved during your stay.

Our price are degressive depending the duration of your stay.

A breakfast can be served for those who wants to.

Small Studette :

It is a lightful studette with a double bed, a kitchenette all equiped (fridge, micro wave oven, dishes, ...) and a bathroom with marble basin and a wide heater, 1 table and chairs, TV (TPS), internet Wifi access, 2 windows, very quiet and comfortable. For 1 person.

Medium studio :
it is a lightful studio with a double bed, a kitchenette all equiped (fridge, micro wave oven, dishes, ...) and a bathroom with marble and a wide heater, table and chairs, TV (TPS), internet Wifi access, the view on the garden is very nice and quiet. For 1 or 2 persons.

Studio :
All of our studios are very lightful, with a double bed, an all-equiped kitchenette (fridge, micro wave oven, dishes, ...) and a bathroom with marble and a great heater, 1 table and chairs, TV (TPS), internet Wifi access, the view on the garden or a quiet place. We can add a additionnal single bed if it's necessary. For 1 to 3 persons.

Double-living :
the double-living is very lightful, with a double bed, and a "living-room" corner with a converter for 2 persons and a little table with its beautiful armchair, a kitchenette all equiped (fridge, micro wave oven, dishes, ...) and a bathroom with marble and a wide heater, 1 table and chairs, and, TV (TPS), internet Wifi access, 2 windows with the view on the garden, quiet and comfortable.

Two-room flat 7 :
The two-room flat is very charming, quiet and comfortable, with a direct access to the garden. There is a nice liviing room with a big couch convertible for 2 persons, a TV (TPS), and a kitchen corner all equiped (fridge, micor-wave oven, dishes, …). The bedroom has one double bed, a second TV and wide wardrobe. The pretty bathroom has marble basin and a heater. For 1 to 3 persons (or a couple with 2 young child).

Two-room flat 9 :
The two-room flat is located 50 meters from our residence, in a block of luxury flats, completely independant from the residence. It is very quiet and comfortable with a clear view. There is a nice living room with a couch, convertible for 1 person and a TV, giving access to the terrace, with teck furnitures. The kitchen is all equiped (fridge, micro wave oven, washing machine for dishes, …). The room has one double bed, a wide wardrobe, a nice shower-room and an access to the terrace. For 1 to 3 persons, or a couple with 2 young child.

Duplex :
The duplex are very lightful, with downstairs a couch converter for 2 persons, a kitchenette corner all equiped (fridge, micro wave oven, dishes, ...), a table and chairs, and upstairs a double bed with a couch converter for 1 person, a wide and lightful bathroom with 2 marble basins and a great heater, TV (TPS), internet Wifi access, an attic and a the view on the garden, quiet and comfortable.
